Fusion Fighting System teaches a variety of Martial Arts and Self defence. Our main aim is to boost the students’ confidence and self esteem through learning a combination of different martial arts styles such as Jeet Kune Do,(a style that is not fixed. The principles and techniques are derived from numerous Arts)Wing Chun, Thai Boxing, Panatukan (Filipino martial arts), Karate, Judo, Ju Jitsu and Silat.
We cover the following topics:

• Conflict Resolution
• Realistic self-defence training that is simple and effective.
• Self-protection training, covering core principles and techniques of ‘The Approach’ self-protection method.
• Situational awareness, threat avoidance, conflict management and physical response.
